Graphic Design Freelance

We are looking for freelance web designers to create front end designs for our clients websites. Work will be on an as-need basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' professional web design experience and be able to show a portfolio of web design work.

The technical skills/knowledge we are looking for are:

High end Design and layout skills
Strong Photoshop skills
Strong HTML & CSS knowledge (Clean, W3C compliant, modular, comprehensively marked up, cross-browser, cross-platform compliant)
Knowledge of web 2.0
Creative Brainstorming
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
Excellent communication skills
